Simplify3D Version 4.0 Print Contest

With the release of Simplify3D Version 4.0 comes many new software features that provide users even more control over the printing process and unlock new capabilities from your 3D printer.

We have already seen a steady stream of amazing prints in the weeks following the release and we want to provide some extra incentive to try some of the new features! In this contest, we want you to use your creativity and 3D printing skills to create something amazing using new features from Version 4.0. How to Enter

1. Post a picture of your project along with a description on Facebook
2. Make sure to tag your Facebook post with the hashtag #S3D4

How Winners are Chosen

• The contest will run for three weeks, ending Friday, September 1st, 2017 at 5:00 p.m Easter Time (US – New York)
• Finalists will be chosen each week and showcased on the Simplify3D Facebook Page
• At the end of the three week period we will open voting to the community to pick the grand prize winners from the list of finalists.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 contestants. The grand prize winner will receive a $500 VISA Gift Card! You have the freedom to use the gift card to purchase anything you want.

Tips for Winning the Contest

Ready to take home the Grand Prize? Here are some tips to help your model get chosen as a finalist!

• Be sure to highlight new features in Version 4.0 – Mention what new features you used to print your model, the more detail the better!
• Picture quality is important – Take a great picture to highlight your project and the new feature you’re using.
• Use your creativity and print something unique – Although the Benchy is a great model it may not set you apart from other contestants. Find a unique model to print, or create your own to make sure you stand out!
• Enter each week – We will be selecting new finalists each week. If your first print isn’t selected, keep trying! You are able to submit 1 entry per week.

Contest Rules

1. Contestants must be a paying Simplify3D customer to win
2. Contestants can only submit one entry each week
3. Submissions close Friday, September 1st, 2017 at 5:00 p.m Easter Time (US – New York)
4. Voting for the Grand Prize will begin the week of September 4th, 2017
5. Winners will be contacted directly by Simplify3D via Facebook
6. This contest is open to the entire Simplify3D community worldwide
